Payit4ward Friday
Today is Pay4ward Friday & we’re going to get a little serious here for a second. A situation has come to light with a dear friend. I’m not going into details here, but I am just going to say this, if you know a woman who is in a bad situation, a controlling situation or you suspect that she is being hurt, please don’t hesitate to help her or at the very least talk to her. If anyone out there has advice of a phone number for any woman in need of help or someone to listen to them, please leave the information here or on my facebook page.
Thank you,
R.L. Mathewson
There are a lot of community or city funded resources for the abused, look in there local area and there are site and number of counselors and centers some even specific for women. It might take a little looking but they are there. I can help you look if you need. But one of the best things if you suspect a friend or family member is being hurt is to talk to them and be there and try ro help them
Find resource to help them. Listening and being there are the biggest contribution you can give.

For those that need help or those looking to help someone, the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence can be reached at 1.800.799.SAFE (7233). They can put you in touch with your local domestic violence shelter who will discuss the importance of safety planning, protection from abuse orders / restraining orders, anti-stalking laws in your area, support groups for victims and other resources.
Best of luck <3
